CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 179(FSH) An Act relating to the                          
commissioner of education and the commissioner of fish and game;               
and providing for an effective date was read the second time.                  
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without
